Hellooooo all!
Hope you enjoyed the multitude of photos. I can't believe how lovely this break has been for me. Yesterday, I got back from a roadtrip down the California coast where we had gone from San Francisco back to San Diego. It was pretty bombass if I do say so myself. Usually my family can't stand to be in a car with one another for more then 20 minutes at a time, so you could say this was kind of a stretch for us all.
While in San Francisco I came across my new two favorite places in the entire world: Amoeba Music and Haight-Ashbury. Amoeba literally made my brain explode. I don't think I've ever seen a collection of CD's, records, movies, and posters that expansive. Seriously the best place ever. And then of course Haight was entirely marvelous. OHMYGOD they had this bizarre taxidermy/goth/Ireallyhavenoidea store that I dragged my family into that had the strangest and most fantastic things like teeth jewelry, amulets, taxidermied animals posed in clothing, and antler related things everywhere. I'm a vegetarian and not necessarily for the whole taxidermy business but this store was amazing. I tried getting a picture but the woman working behind the register donned in all black yelled at me before doing so. Haight also had some of the best vintage stores I've ever been into like Held Over, La Rosa Vintage, and of course they had a Wasteland.
I think that's enough for today, that looks like a lot of text up there.
Happy new years everyone! Hope it was filled with champagne, good people, and lots of memories. I didn't get a picture of my outfit but don't doubt the fact that I was decked out in sequins. Because I was.
Much love.
